We decided we were ready for something other than restaurant fare, so I pulled out the electric skillet and stir fried some chicken. It took a long time, but that may have been because I went for a dip in the indoor pool too.

Day 5 - Mankato to Sioux City (SD) to Mitchell
Today we drove from Mankato, MN, to Mitchell, SD. On the way we stopped over at Sioux Falls, SD, to enjoy the Falls City Park. It was so green and clean...and HOT! What happened to the cool temps? This pic. was taken from a 4 story observation tower. That really is the river down there.
