We went to the Swiss Colony Store and the Roth Kase cheese factory in Monroe. If you want Swiss Colony Pics, look them up on line. Beth liked this place and got animal pastas for grandkids. Roth Kase cheese factory is worth a visit. It was founded by and is wtill run by Swiss cheese makers. Here we sampled a tasty offering called brick cheese. The New Glarus Brewery is a (200,000 barrel a year) local beer maker which purchased equipment from a brewery in Germany that was being demolished. Their most popular brand is Spotted Cow
