Newport to Yachats

We checked into the Fireside Motel in Yachats.  The temperature typically runs from a low of 36F in January to a high of 71 in August.  Chance of rain - 50%  These guys had  windshield  squeegees in water buckets for guests.  Nice to have at beach.

Our motel from the rocks. our balcony is second from upper right.  It was nice until Beth started hollering about some "rocks may be slippery" sign.  these volcanic rocks were more porous than slippery, but she wasn't interested.
