Starting from Beaver Lake Campground we drove into Custer. There is a good period county museum there that we visited last time and highly recommend.

We took lots of pictures of the tower, but none communicate its awesome size, Would need permit to climb.
We camped at All Seasons Campground in Rozet, East of Gillette. Olan and family are owners/hosts
